Sean joined the Shanghai Silport David Leadbetter Golf Academy from Huntsville Ontario, Canada in December 2006. Sean has been a member of the Canadian Professional Golfers Association since 1998, having entered the Apprentice Program of the CPGA while working at Deerhurst Resort. With the assistance of prominent CPGA members Sean completed his training in November of 2002, to become a full member of the CPGA. 

This is Sean’s second stop in China, as he worked previously in Guangzhou as a Head Teaching Professional with Core Golf in 2004. Sean has also worked at King Valley Golf Club, Deerhurst Resort, and Golftown in Canada. The experience that he brings with him helps him communicate and pass on the game of golf to all golfers with an informative and gentle demeanour. 

Sean has had the opportunity to train with many of golf’s major manufacturers, to advance his knowledge of golf equipment today and to also pass on that knowledge to golfers, making sure that players are using properly fitted equipment.
