David Louys-Moroney - Academy Director

David Louys-Moroney is a native of New Zealand where he completed his training as a golf professional. Since this time 11 years ago David has travelled extensively around the world developing his trade as a teaching professional.David joined the Leadbetter team in 2004, relocating from a Head Professional position in Slovenia. He started his DLGA career at the Austrian site of Bad Tatzmannsdorf and then moved to DLGA La Cala in Spain where he spent his next two and a half years. At the end of 2006 David was presented with the opportunity to move to Turkey as the Academy Director and set-up the first David Leadbetter Golf Academy in Turkey, which was a challenge he has relished.
David is a Certified DLGA Instructor and has expereince of coaching at all levels and all areas of the game. He is now the leading the team as Academy Director at Yongwon Country Club in Busan, Korea.
