Andreas was born in Graz in 1971 and his professional career began in 1998 with the education as trainer of the Austrian Golf Association (ÖGV).In 1999 he became a member of the PGA of Austria and started his education as Assistant Pro in the Golfclub Erzherzog Johann where he stayed for 3 years. This was followed by a move to Golfclub Braz/Bludenz situated in Vorarlberg and from there, in August 2004, he was sent to the Golfpark Mieminger Plateau to support the training of the Pro team and junior squad. Andreas became a Qualified Assistant Pro of the PGA of Austria in autumn of 2004.
Andreas, who has a passion for teaching the game to younger players, joined David Leadbetter Golf Academy located in Bad Tatzmannsdorf in August 2005.
Alongside his teaching responsibilities, Andreas also founded the company “Golf Creation Austria”, which specialises in fitting, repairing and building golf clubs.
