Origninally from Wales, Adam has experienced a vast array of links and parkland courses. In developing a style to suit both, Adam reduced his handicap to 2 in just 3 years, representing the County and West Wales before deciding to focus on coaching and completing his PGA degree at Birmingham University.
After graduating with a BA (Hons) degree, Adam became head instructor for ‘Living Golf’ where he taught corporate, individual and junior programmes. Adam then taught at the Cranfield Golf Academy in Sussex, before joining David Leadbetter Golf Academies in 2008.
Working with players of all ages and abilities at DLGA Bad Tatzmannsdorf, Austria, Adam has also coached some of the most promising young talent in America, being based at IMG Academies in Florida during the winter season.
Combining expertise in physics, fitness, nutrition, psychology, course management, and swing mechanics, Adam is a holistic golf coach. Truly entering into the Leadbetter philosophy, Adam is constantly in search for additional knowledge to develop his coaching style for all golfers. Very much an instinctive 'feel' coach, Adam also possesses an analytical and logical mind, being able to adapt his coaching style to fit any pupil, creative or technically minded.
